As always, your sauna experience includes eucalyptus, essential oils inside the sauna to help open the airways and support relaxation, along with a fresh robe, fresh towels, and clean and sanitized sandals for your safety and comfort. During the summer months, you'll also receive a cold towel infused with lavender, eucalyptus, and lemongrass to cool your skin and leave you feeling refreshed after the sauna. Since 2023 I've been searching for a support group for licensed barefoot massage therapists. A group for us to ask questions, give each other feedback, guidance, and share knowledge. I've joined many groups, but nothing felt quite like what I was looking for. In 2024 I wrote down my goal for 2025: To create a Barefoot LMT Support Group. Yesterday, March of 2026 We had our FIRST EVER, Barefoot Massage Therapist Group Meeting!! 👣🎉👣🎉👣 It was full of energy, good vibes, and amazing souls. I am so excited to see where this goes. And even more thrilled to be among so many awesome barefoot massage therapists. This way it will help integrate the work to support tissue recovery and feed the cells the energy needed to promote healing. (P.S. March 9th was my 4 year business anniversary!! I opened my own business in 2022, and it's been a rollercoaster of highs and lows. San Antonio Ashiatsu Massage is currently located in Downtown San Antonio TX at 118 Broadway. I've had 3 business names before I settled on San Antonio Ashiatsu Massage, and have been in three different locations. Ahhh, thank you so, so much for this feedback. You absolutely, positively MADE my Day! We did a LOT of focused work on this person who had a scar from, an old surgery, that was causing tightness and limited ROM. Thankfully, Our session was effective
